INVEST is a FREE, half-day conference offering authentic and practical training for Youth Workers. Whether you are paid, volunteer, full-time, part-time, or a parent / legal guardian- if you work with teens, INVEST is for you!

The conference came about as a collaboration of local Youth Pastors and members of the Thurston Youth Workers Network. They wanted to create a way to share their collective knowledge and experience for the benefit of not just their youth volunteers, but anyone involved with teens in Thurston County.
The conference begins at 8:00 AM with a time of musical worship. We'll hear three short presentations (think 10-minute TedTalk) from local youth professionals before heading to your choice of breakout seminars. Between breakouts, you'll have the opportunity to grab some free refreshments and visit the vendor tables where you'll find all kinds of resources for your ministry. We'll wrap things up by 12:00 PM ending with a Q&A session giving you a chance to pick the brains of our speakers and presenters. We strongly recommend bringing your entire youth team and then heading to lunch together to fellowship and share what was learned.
